For independent HVAC contractors

Fix the path from website visit to service request.

We fix the specific parts of your existing HVAC website that make customers hesitate or struggle to call or request service—without rebuilding the site or locking you into an agency retainer.

$495 founding price for the first five paid customers · $795 standard after five successful deliveries · no agency retainer

Current-model notice. The Quote-Path Sprint supersedes the former $249 copy-only primary offer and universal 24-hour model. It is specific existing-site remediation—not a rebuild, redesign, replatform, or generic revamp. The $249 price now applies only to the Blueprint fallback described below.

Small friction. Real consequences.

A ready-to-call customer should not have to hunt for the next step.

A buried mobile phone action, broken form, unclear service area, outdated fact, or weak trust cue can create hesitation at the moment a customer is deciding whether to call or request a quote. The Sprint fixes the verified friction without replacing the whole site.

One existing site. One fixed scope.

Up to seven agreed fixes, with a safe path back.

For one business location and no more than three pages. Every change must be accurate, supported, safe for the existing platform, and tied to the call or quote path.

01

A fixed, agreed repair list

Up to seven specifically agreed fixes across no more than three pages of one existing HVAC website for one business location.

02

Safe access and a restore point

Work starts only with separate collaborator access—never an owner’s personal password—and a backup, duplicate, version history, or other confirmed restore point.

03

Focused quote-path improvements

Eligible work can clarify services and service areas, correct business facts, repair forms, surface mobile call or quote actions, organize trust signals, and make safe title, metadata, schema, or small performance fixes.

04

Before-and-after evidence

The completed scope includes evidence of the changed areas plus desktop and mobile review, form testing, telephone-link testing, and click-to-call testing where those controls exist.

05

A narrow seven-day warranty

For seven calendar days after delivery, we correct defects directly caused by our work. It is not unlimited revision coverage or a warranty on the site, platform, or third-party services.

Specific problem. Bounded repair.

The work starts with an observable defect.

This illustrative example shows the level of specificity used to define a fix. It is not a client result, testimonial, or performance claim.

Verified friction

The mobile header hides the phone action.

A service customer must open a menu, scroll, and copy a number before calling. That extra work may cause an otherwise ready caller to stop.

Phone number in footer
Agreed repair

Expose one accurate click-to-call action.

Use the business-approved number in a visible mobile action, keep the existing visual system, and verify the telephone link before and after publication.

Controlled from scope to handoff

Diagnose, repair, test, and document.

No owner password, open-ended implementation, or unreviewed publication.

  1. 01

Confirm fit and the exact fixes

Send the live website, business location, and the result you want customers to reach. We verify that the site is safely editable and agree in writing on no more than seven fixes across no more than three pages.

  2. 02

    Provide safe collaborator access

After order acceptance and payment, provide a separate collaborator login—not a personal password—and the required business facts. We confirm a backup, duplicate, version history, or restore point before editing.

  3. 03

    Review tested changes and evidence

We work in preview or unpublished mode where the platform allows, test the agreed call and quote path on desktop and mobile, publish only the agreed changes, retest, and deliver before-and-after evidence within three business days after every start condition is complete.

Straight answers

Before you buy.

After a written fit-check request, we confirm whether the site and proposed fixes meet the current scope before reserving an Order ID, sending a no-payment preview, or issuing an invoice.

Do you replace my website?

No. The Quote-Path Sprint fixes specific parts of one existing site. It does not include a new site, theme replacement, platform migration, or open-ended development.

What does the founding price cover?

$495 USD is the founding price for the first five paid customers. After five successful deliveries, the standard Sprint price is $795 USD. Any applicable tax is disclosed before payment.

Is SEO included?

Only local-search foundations that safely fit the agreed pages: clearer service and location content, safe title or meta improvements, and accurate basic LocalBusiness schema when supported. Full or ongoing SEO, ranking promises, GBP management, backlinks, ads, and new location-page programs are excluded.

When does the three-business-day turnaround begin?

Only at the exact Start time in the written Ready confirmation, after payment, final scope, accurate business facts, safe collaborator access, restore capability, and capacity are confirmed. There is no universal same-day or 24-hour implementation promise.

What if my site is locked or unsafe to edit?

The fallback is the $249 HVAC PageFix Implementation Blueprint: finished replacement copy, annotated findings, and exact webmaster-ready instructions. If safe access becomes available within 30 days, that $249 is credited toward a Sprint.

Will this guarantee more calls or quote requests?

No. The work removes specific, verified friction; it does not guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, leads, booked jobs, or revenue. Those outcomes depend on factors outside this fixed scope.

What happens to access after delivery?

We use only the least access needed for the agreed work. After publication, retesting, and delivery, collaborator access should be removed unless a separate ongoing-care scope has been purchased.

What does the warranty cover?

For seven calendar days, we fix defects directly caused by our implementation. New requests, unrelated site failures, platform changes, third-party outages, or pre-existing defects require a separate scope.

Ready for a fit check?

Send the live site and the customer path that needs repair.

Email chris@hvacpagefix.com with your website URL, business location, website platform if known, the service you most want customers to request, the pages you want reviewed, and your contact name. We’ll verify fit, define the exact fixed scope, and send a customer-specific no-payment preview before any invoice.
